Be A Survivor Quick Tip

Save your bacon grease when you are done cooking bacon. Use a mason jar and added the slightly cooled grease to it (don't add it right away let the pot cool for a few minutes). Keep the jar in the fridge. When you want to add more grease take the jar out of the fridge and let the jar warm up before adding more grease to it (if you don't you could crack the jar because of the hot grease going into a cold jar). The grease will solidify and can be used in many recipes to add great flavor.
